I came in Friday night and got food poisoning in the morning. I wanted to give it another chance cause it was not the first time it has happened but was disappointed and still got sick. Especially at nights. I’ll pass this location for now.

I'm actually in shock that this location is still open. 7th st and Maryland. Owner has been told multiple times on reviews about this sign and he says he will investigate the situation. I'm guessing it's automated or something or he just doesn't care.Having nearly 15yrs fast food/restaraunt experience as an owner I'd take pride in what I have and fix issues. I hope he actually reads this. Other than the sign at a 24hr drive thru. Poor writing abilities I might add. (All other jack in the boxes are 24hrs. Why is this one different?)Food when made is never consistent. Mildly warm to fresh. If you make modifications to your meal 5/10 is done wrong. Missing items. Over the last month the mobile app shows online ordering unavailable And still does. If you are a jack in the box it should be available. Like the food, customer service is spotty from rude to great. Maybe a training issue?I'd reccomend closing the store until employees are properly trained including managers. Owner needs to actual care about his business. This store used to be great but has severely gone downhill. I actually saw employees loading a pipe and doing drugs out the back door. Drug testing?Please fix and care about this store. Thanks!

Rename this place to “Sorry we closed” since you’ll see that handwritten sign with bad grammar more than you’ll see any food here. Whether it’s 9 pm or 6 am, you can count on this place to be closed while it says “24 hours” online.

Got a free Jack's Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Tmoblie Tues. Not something I would normally order, it was incredible & my new favorite.

They seem to manually adjust the hours each weekday to prevent mobile orders from being placed anytime between 11:45 pm and 4 am and will place a sign that reads "we closed" in the drive thru lane or will claim "systems are down" and even if you manage to place an order you might arrive to them saying they can't fulfill it/didn't get it/can't make it and you will have to request a refund online (and obv have to go get food elsewhere which is all inconvenient and often contrary to what is posted for hours of operation). The staff otherwise are always friendly but the fact you can't expect the store to be open 24/7 like most every other jack is probably costing the owner of this location a fair amount of revenue each year between missed sales and upset customers who will not even consider returning after experiencing such an inconvenience.
