Every time I come here my order is wrong. Specifically when one particular "team lead" is at the window late nights. I don't care about getting free food or coupon booklets. I just want my order to be right! Who the hell has time to spend an extra 20 mins (or however long it takes) to go back and get it fixed? All I ever hear is I'm sorry but it's not good enough. I think I'm done with this location. It has really gone down hill. Stopped there this morning for breakfast after some errands. Went through the drive thru and it took so long I actually pulled out parked and went in. I'm not usually that impatient. It was the car in front of me that was at the speaker waiting and I think that's what annoyed me, no one ever said sorry for the wait or I'll be right with you nothing. Got a new portabello mushroom burger, because it looked sooooo good, but there were no mushrooms on it! It was dry too. I'm done with this location. Last three orders were wrong, but I thought I'd give them another chance! Won't make that mistake again! It's too bad, because they do make a good burger.
