Jamba is a great place on campus. BUT it is only for the campus, closed to the public.

I ordered the bold 'n cold brew with sweet cloud whip. I was really excited to try it, but was shocked when I tried to put in the straw. I really had to jam the straw in because they put ice in all the way to the top. After struggling to put the straw in, I tried it and it was really good! I took about 5 sips and it was completely finished. As I stated the ice was to the top of the cup and I even asked a worker about it and showed him the outcome. He did not offer to remake the drink & I am very disappointed. I would not recommend going here.

This Jamba juice is seriously the worst. I worked at the Jamba back home, in Temecula, and never before have I seen team-members with such attitude and bad worth ethic. First of all, I ordered my smoothie and mentioned it to be extra thick, knowing they always come out runny and almost frothy at this location (not how its supposed to be). My smoothie still came out runny, and after ordering whey protein in my large smoothie, they give me the large and not the extra, when I payed for the boost! (it should be put into a little cup). On top of this, the team-members refused to remake it (where is the goodness guarantee?) and said this is how it is supposed to come out (false). I am truly upset with this customer service, and even though I would usually never return, I don't really have a choice, as I am a student on this campus! Honestly just really sad, and frustrating. I can deal with frustrated and bothered employees, but when my product is not any good, that's the part that really bothers me!

The employee named Jackie (short girl with glasses ) there was surly and rude. I was visiting campus for possible enrollment. Jackie told me to wear my mask correctly she was not wearing her hair net correctly either. She has no tact in enforcing mask mandates and social distancing requirements she is just rude crude and discourtious. I did not expect bad service at GCU, it was kind of heart breaking.

They always get my online order wrong they always have my online order ready after 30 minutes it's always dirty in the building I always keep coming back to this Jamba juice because it's close to my house but I will never come back here again after the third time of them having my online order late and not correct

Usually they are pleasant and kind to me, but today my flip flop broke on my way to them. I ordered 22$ worth of smoothies with my broken flip flop in one hand, obviously very sorry that I was missing a shoe but needing assistance. "You need to leave right now." I looked to the young ladies nametag and it just says "thank you god." I say "okay, I'll wait outside." Let my boyfriend wait inside while I wait outside. They proceed to not even make my smoothies. The one with that name tag just eyeballs me the whole time and gives me dirty glares. After 5 minutes pass my boyfriend goes "are you going to make our smoothies?" And she ignores him before walking back and finally making our food. What a rude interaction for no fuckin reason.

The last 5 times I’ve gone in and tried to order a bowl, I’ve been told that they can’t make bowls because they’re understaffed even when I offered to wait longer. This last time there were 3 workers and 4 customers. If this Jamba Juice has to shut down half their menu when there are 4 customers then they need serious help. Either management needs to figure out how to have one more person on or 3 workers need to figure out how to cut some bananas and sprinkle some granola.

I used to love this Jamba . The staff always made my drinks right . Today I went in with the same order and it was not good at all . The smoothies weren't blended well. The presentation was very messy . And at the time I was the ONLY one in the building ?? Still took them about 6 min to make my smoothies. There was 4 girls on the clock?.. I don't understand . I used to work at Jamba years back and with just 2 people on we'd handle rush hour. Very disappointed . I basically threw 26$ in the trash .
