I am a regular at this particular location, it is always nice and quiet when I pick up, the staff is timely and friendly and I appreciate the ease of ordering through their app. I'm pleased to live so near a place that offers alternative options to milk, except one time I picked up one of my orders (made online) and it was accidentally made with milk rather than my substitute, luckily I can taste the difference and the staff apologized and fixed the issue right away. Worth being late to work, I couldn't find my drink on the app I called it in and Max took my order right away and my drink was waiting for me when I got there. Love this Jamba Juice, great customer service!
