I came in this Saturday night, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello. Right away, the employee let me and others know there was an issue with the bread and apologized before taking my order, which I really appreciated. It was clear that he and the girl he was working with were under a lot of pressure. There were several customers in the lobby, online orders coming in, and walk in customers all at once. My go to is the #5 Super Sub on rosemary/parmesan bread “Mikes Way” with banana peppers and no salt. The online ordering is easy and my sandwich is always done before the stated time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have tried other sandwich shops but prefer Jersey Mike’s.

When I came in earlier today, closer to the afternoon, everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome right away. A kind young man took my order, and a sweet young lady her name was I think Maya which she prepared my sandwich. She had such wonderful customer service we even had a nice conversation about our tattoos, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place was very clean, the service was quick, and I would definitely recommend coming here.
