I was unpleasantly surprised by how dirty this place was. Booth wrapped in plastic, dust everywhere, and the bathrooms were awful. I have never been more disgusted by a bathroom at a Jimmy John's. There used to be very high cleaning standards for this company, but this one has dropped the ball. Employees were very nice, and professional.
This is the worst JJ location. Terrible set up and 40 min waits. Worse, the order is never ready when it says it’s ready so you are all piled in the aisles waiting for orders. The employees don’t hustle because “they’re paid the same no matter what.”
Okay the delivery for this location is not perfect. I don’t appreciate not receiving emails or texts saying that my delivery is on the way or is delayed or anything. I would appreciate it if you would improve this because I have been waiting for a delivery and it hasn’t come at the time I requested.
