The manager there she is super cool. But one of the new workers there seems either really shy or really rude. When handed my food I audibly say thank you but get zero response and a window shut 😆 wouldnt kill you to say youre welcome?
My office orders from here regularly and I finally decided to try a sandwich last week. It was really yummy! Our to-go orders have always been prepared and ready for pickup at the time as they were requested and drinks are made at pickup. Staff is always polite and welcoming. We have never had an issue and will keep coming back.
It's located right on the corner of 7th and Roosevelt so pretty easy to find, and behind it is a small parking lot with accessible spots. This is definitely one of the larger Jimmy John's location, and I liked how inside it's spacious with plenty of seating, including some old red stools that makes it have a vintage feel. Inside, it wasn't too busy on a weekend- hardly anywhere there. Ordering was quick and easy, and the chips were pretty good. Note: restrooms...
