They were out of the pickles they use for the picklewich 😭 inasked for Xtra Xtra mayo and they definitely put on a small amount but it was good nonetheless

Worst experience in this place. They were eating food over the meats and toppings, had to repeat myself several times to the cashier and the sandwich was made sloppily.

You can thank Sean for this awful review. He did everything in his power to NOT help me. He could tell me all of the things he wasn't capable of doing. He provided no alternative options. I am allergic to onions. My #9 order was wrong. My sandwich had onions. I called during a rush and another time when the GM was in the store. According to Sean, I waited too late to call back so nothing could be done to help me. No meal remake. No refund (not that I asked for one). Jimmy John's disappointed a loyal customer the day I talked to Sean.

Seems like this sandwich had more juice than I feel needed, the bread is all soggy and my hands are all oily. I know the sandwiches usually have some juice which I like but not sure why I have a puddle .

My order was not accurate. Wanted to try a garlic herb wrap, I was given a regular flour Tortilla. Someone should have reached out if changes needed to be made. I would have taken the bread instead.!

We ordered sandwiches for our company outing this past weekend and they were great. Jimmy John's definitely has great bread for sandwiches. Everyone one loved them. Wanted to make a note that they were ready on time and very helpful upon pick up. We mentioned them to everyone where they came from and told them to stop by this location to support it.
