I had pre-ordered catering from Jimmy John’s but forgot which location I placed it at. Sean, the manager, went above and beyond to help me track it down. He called around to other stores until he found my order. He kept such a positive attitude the whole time and was incredibly patient and helpful. Amazing customer service! We ordered sandwiches for our company outing this past weekend and they were great. Jimmy John's definitely has great bread for sandwiches. Everyone one loved them. Wanted to make a note that they were ready on time and very helpful upon pick up. We mentioned them to everyone where they came from and told them to stop by this location to support it.

I ordered the #6 veggie sandwich without tomato. It’s supposed to have avocado spread on it. When I got home there was so little avocado in it that I had to open the sandwich to see if they had added it. There was barely any spread on the sandwich at all.
