The food was great! If you want good Mediterranean food, this is a great place to go! The Souvlaki was great, and so was the chicken shawarma and the Lamb. I would definitely eat any of those again. If you want a nice, balanced meal, get a plate. If you want a quick, easy, delicious lunch, get one of the wraps. The JJ's fries were good too, especially if you mix meat in with it!
Top notch establishment. Food is always cooked fresh and tastes delicious. Not a typical gyro place! Great options for eating healthy and vegan. JJ's is so clean you could eat off the floor. You can smell the clean when you walk in the door. Love it! Julie and Jim know what they are doing! A plus. Check our their health department reviews on the walls. It shows it!

Are you kidding me? This low-profile whole-in-the-wall type restaurant has the absolute best gyro I have had in the Phoenix area. I was blown away. I have stopped by about half-a-dozen times for a classic gyro and have been impressed every time. I hate to break what's not broken, but I am so impressed with their gyro's I will try a few other items on the menu as well. If you are a gyro fan, I can't recommend this place any higher.

Chicken shawarma pita and Greek fries for lunch. The shawarma is a little too spiced up( not hot, just too much marinade) for me but the quality is good. I just happen to like a "cleaner" product. The fries were tasty. Friendly and fast service, clean location

I recently moved to the other side of Phoenix, but I have no doubt we will make the hour drive for JJ's. This is the best Gyros and Chicken Schwarma you can get in Phoenix. Always polite, place is clean, and the food has always been good. Great find for anyone craving a gyro.
If we are not cooking at home J Js is always suggested as the alternative. It's nice to have a place that pleases even after all these years.

If I could give JJ’s Gyros a 💯 rating I would. Their food is phenomenal, their service is impeccable. My husband & I have been blessed to travel the world. We love trying all different ethnic foods. We are both from Italian decent from NY & Pennsylvania. We know how important food is in our family. We love Greek, Armenian, etc. We have found a Diamond in the rough in JJ’s.
