This is my favorite sushi place in the valley. Im very picky about my miso and ramen, both are incredible. I also like the crispy rice. This isnt fancy, its hearty. Like flavorful broth and quality ingredients over the display that I find a lot of places prioritize.
So this place used to be amazing. I have been going here since before the remodel. The last two times I went the sushi was not fresh. The first time, I thought it was a one off since I had been coming so long with no problems. The second time I had to say something and the waiter still didn’t take it off the bill. Not going back.
Prettney was fantastic as a server (lovely and efficient .. also very friendly and knowledgeable!) I wish I had room for more food because the rolls were fresh and tasty! The house Sake was tart and delicious! Enjoy people!
