This is a really lovely place and the people are like super friendly. All of the smoothies I’ve had are all fresh and they work really hard to make them. Perfect I just like the down home feeling and the welcoming nature of the owners. It’s healthy and it’s delicious and the people have good energy. I can’t say enough about this place along with the restaurant next-door mid East eats. It’s just wonderful. It’s perfect. You can go to one and the other and know that everything you eat is fresh and good and made by caring people who are proud of their craft

I've been here a few times already. And the smoothies and ice cream is great! I usually get a strawberry pineapple smoothie :) it just tastes like how a smoothie should taste instead of just using syrups or something. Made with real fruit!

Plus, you’ll get to taste a fresh, homemade barberry juice that you certainly won’t find anywhere else in Arizona. The carrot juice with saffron pistachio ice cream was creamy, fresh, and so delicious that you just can’t get enough of it. Try it — it’s going to be a wonderful experience!
