Mi Pueblo Mexican Food is a gem for authentic Mexican cuisine. The Vegetarian Omelette, Huevos Rancheros, and Steak and Eggs were superb, complemented by the salsa bar. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The clean restroom was impressive. The cheese was perfectly melted, the red chile sauce delicious, and portion sizes large. Despite limited seating, the staff was welcoming. The flavorful dishes, made with love, like the chimichanga, earned this spot a solid five-star rating.
