The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. Kai is easily the best restaurant we've been to in the entire Phoenix metro area. Even my young daughter, who claims to hate "fancy" places, ate every single bit of each course that came out.
From start to finish, the overall experience with Kai is top notch. Customer service is at its best with included valet parking when you arrive, being escorted from the hotel lobby to the restaurant, a warm greeting at arrival. During the dinner, you get your choice of still or sparkling water, and they match that choice by leaving 2 small bottles in the cup holders of your car when you leave. All the little details are executed. The food was also fantastic across the 5 courses...
We are grateful to have Kai Restaurant accommodated our anniversary dinner . Our dinner and selections are excellent . We were glad that Feliciano was there to take care of us . We did missed the old bread service ( varieties of bread options and bird nest for the muse ) .
