Walking into Dawn’s NY Bakery was like walking into a bakery that I used to go to growing up in New Jersey. It truly is a NY Bakery. The selection was great. I found a favorite item for everyone in my family. The pastries are fantastic. The cheese danish and bear claw was overflowing with fillings. It’s definitely worth the trip from anywhere in the valley.

We visited for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised by how closely the bakery resembled a true New York–style bakery. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match that initial excitement. The young man behind the counter seemed almost displeased by our reaction, as though we were being dramatic, and throughout the interaction, it felt like we were bothering him simply by being there.

Ordered a Canolli Cake this past Saturday. The cake was very fresh and moist. The Canolli filling was delicious and there was two thick layers of filling. The whipped cream was very fresh and the cake was decorated just as I ordered! This bakery was a great find and we will order again!❤
