Amazing place with great staff! Love the green corn tamales, and all the dips. Every time I come here it’s really good and does not disappoint. Very clean atmosphere and nice and pleasantly decorated!

The service was excellent—I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. There was a weird odor outside that was a little concerning, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, hoping the smell wouldn’t be inside. Thankfully, it wasn’t... but every time the door opened, that smell wafted in. I was sitting two booths away from the door.
I ordered three red shredded beef enchiladas. The beef itself wasn’t really seasoned, but the sauce had good flavor. I wasn’t a fan of the rice, though it was cooked well. The beans were definitely the highlight of the plate—then again, it's hard to mess up beans.
Overall, the food was just okay. I don’t think I’d come back.

Literally the worst experience ever, very slow service, we walk in Tuesday night, the service was very slow and also rude, food was flavorless, we wait long time to be seated , They were not even busy, Never never going back again, That was Our last try since we always get bad service,

Service was great. Biggest thing for me was the courtesy. My wife and I stopped in with our 2 month old sleeping newborn. Obviously this comes with some anxiety, and we didn't expect much, but the host sat us in a quiet spot and they turned the mariachi music down a little bit. So our baby slept through meal and the whole restaurant carried on well. Little things like this, to me, show huge customer service. Food was pretty good. Service was friendly and fast. Margaritas were... okay/good. But based on service and courtesy alone, 5 stars and would recommend

Spectacular.
I am fairly certain only a single waitress and the kitchen staff were working, and they still managed to get the food out promptly and provide amazing service.
The food was amazing, we get the Molcajete which was phenomenal!

Food is ok. Service is bad the second time we went. We thought we will have the same experience aw our first time, we were wrong. We were standing there waiting to be seated, only 3 or four tables were occupied, servers are around, nobody bothered to greet us for a long time. We walked out, went to Gordo’s instead and had very good tacos and quesadilla.

I haven’t had a bad meal at La Casa De Juana but I must call out their fantastic tostadas. Making a great tostada is a lost art that starts with a wonderfully crispy tostada shell as the base to hold the toppings. IMO they have the best tostadas in town.

We have been regulars at this location for the last year and a half and tonight will be our last time due to the poor service from our waitress and the quality of food and drinks tonight was horrible.
We kept coming back to support this place and that won’t be happening after tonight’s service and continued poor margaritas.
This location has had issues with their frozen margarita machine for the last year and the owners don’t seem to want to fix it and being a Mexican restaurant it’s ridiculous. We ordered 4 frozen margaritas tonight because last week when we went it was good but tonight our waitress brought 4 over and it was like a heap of watered down ice and the fact she thought that would be ok is beyond me. We switched to 4 on the rocks and still not acceptable they tasted water down. The food quality was bad tonight and didn’t get my order right and she had no personality she didn’t show the fun customer service like other wait staff we’ve had over the past year and half.
This was our go to and now good luck with keeping this place open. I feel really bad for the staff that probably enjoys working there but if the management doesn’t care about food quality and having decent margaritas who’d want to spend their money out at your restaurant.
That by far was the worse $100 I’ve spent out for drinks and food.
Just very disappointed and for those that are looking for a Mexican restaraunt I would say don’t bother going here it’s never 100% consistency and I can only think of 2 wait staff that we actually enjoyed seeing so I’m sorry I don’t have their names to give kudos to them but tonight’s our waitress was disappointing and we didn’t get any personality from her if anything she acted annoyed to be working.
Management get your act together if you want to stay in business! No wonder no one was in there tonight!
