Came in today for an Uber order and was greeted by this very rude horrible person. I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes and asked when my order would be ready. She said I don’t know it could be 10 minutes probably longer. With the most rude disgusting attitude towards a person. I will make sure I never order through this place. Also, I will make sure to post on the Uber community pages to avoid this place due to the rudeness and disgusting behavior of this human being you see in this picture I really hope they either fire her or retrain her so she is not so rude.

It was my first time at Casa De Juana I had the Pozole and my sister had the Birra it was delicious 😋 the service was great, clean and our server Veronica was on point she was the only one working the floor with plenty of customers and she was still attentive! I will definitely be back 👍

Just wasn't good, felt like they didn't even bother cooking anything but the chicken, and even that seemed like I got some precooked barely seasoned chicken. Raw vegetables the texture of hard crunchy vegetables mixed with everything else in the meal was unsettling the bell peppers onions were all cold. From what I remember no one at the table liked what they had ranging from nachos to the lime chicken I got. Overall it was a random pick we were staying in the area and this came across our search so we gave it a try. Couldn't say I'd recommend it to other people.

The restaurant is colorful and looks nice. Service was average although they didn’t get my order right. Drove a little bit of distance because their website said they had vegetarian options, including the beans, and then the waiter told us that they were not vegetarian. BIG Discrepancy when you are a vegetarian.
They have a great chipotle cream sauce that has the perfect amount of heat. The staff was kind enough to customize an order so I could have chicken enchiladas with chipotle sauce which is a favorite combo of mine and something I haven't been able to find in PHX.

Amazing place with great staff! Love the green corn tamales, and all the dips. Every time I come here it’s really good and does not disappoint. Very clean atmosphere and nice and pleasantly decorated!

The service was excellent—I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. There was a weird odor outside that was a little concerning, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, hoping the smell wouldn’t be inside. Thankfully, it wasn’t... but every time the door opened, that smell wafted in. I was sitting two booths away from the door.
I ordered three red shredded beef enchiladas. The beef itself wasn’t really seasoned, but the sauce had good flavor. I wasn’t a fan of the rice, though it was cooked well. The beans were definitely the highlight of the plate—then again, it's hard to mess up beans.
Overall, the food was just okay. I don’t think I’d come back.
