Chocolate 🍫 croissant and cookie 🍪 were also delicious

Best decision I made was stopping at La Madeleine Country French Cafe. The food was amazing and made quickly. Best food I have ever had in an airport hands down.

I would frequent this restaurant if it were outside the airport as well. I had the pesto pasta and breadsticks. The breadsticks were absolutely amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Guy and the other staff are calling out to people how their fresh-made food is the real deal, and that's no lie! Grilled cheese so good, real thick and gooey cheese. Alcoholic beverages for the weary traveler, too.

Best customer service I've ever gotten at an airport restaurant, and I fly all over the country literally every other week for work.

Guy is the most amazing employee—he welcomed us in and excited us by the baked vs microwaved item. He uplifted nearly every customer in line and kept reinforcing that the employees are a team. Truly a standout employee and person.

Stopped for some of their delicious mushroom soup and a sandwich. My sandwich was soggy, so I asked if I could get a fresh one made. Alex was very apologetic and offered to make a fresh hot sandwich, which was great. Wonderful customer service Alex!

The older short lady at the front is an absolute terror. No customer service at all, giving lots of attitude to her staff in front of customers. Very snappy, poor customer service and not professional.

It’s unfortunate to leave this review because the food is actually really good.

To the young guys working there, keep up the good energy and attitude you’ve been giving, don’t let her take that away from you. The younger lady that’s new, you were great, sorry the older lady was biting your head off for asking simple questions.

Alex our server was friendly knowledgeable and patient. Thorough follow-through delivering the order. Delicious lunch of Croque Monsieur and a very raisin-filled flavorful bran muffin. Convenient location with small seating area right on the concourse walkway.

Had two long layovers in Phoenix 11/15/24 and 11/17/24. We struggled to find fresh, healthy options in the Phoenix airport until we found la Madeleine. The staff was so friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They let us order the mozzarella sandwich warm, instead of cold. It was delicious with their tomato soup, and made a comforting hot meal during a long day of travel. So good, we ordered the same meal again on our return. Thank you for the great service!
