This was my favorite lunch spot downtown when I was performing jury duty service this past summer! Their grilled cheese sandwich was the BEST (never greasy but also not dry) every time I ordered it - and I liked their creamy mushroom soup a lot, too! I think parking might be an issue but I just might venture back down there as I have such fond memories! I don't have his name (should have made a point to get it) but there was one employee, in particular, who always welcomed...

I went into this place not knowing what they were selling, we are subcontracted for the light rail work on Central and 1st avenue. Only to find the best creme brulee I have ever had in my life my opinion. I also tried a roasted chicken sandwich of some kind with arugula and pesto and avocado was so amazing I can't wait to tell everybody that I know about this place.

My wife (Madeleine) and I came from Miami to visit Phoenix recently. We stayed at the Hyatt and soon discovered La Madeleine to fall in love with everything it has to offer and surely visited every day for breakfast. What a wonderful place! Donovan and the rest of the staff really put the cherry on top with their incredible customer service and always a greeting smile. Your food was delicious. Please open one in Miami.
