The tacos de birria de res were delicious! But the asada tasted a little funny to me and the horchata was way to sweet.

Yo. This place is absolutely bomb. Such a remarkable stroke of smoky, delicious, birria genius that it actually scares me if it would ever close. May this day never arrive at least not until I die.

Small joint with awesome food and service. The goat was so good, I had to order more to take home. They took it to another level by also providing cilantro, chopped onions, two different sauces, limes, and warm tortillas to go. The quesadilla were great and must do again. Guacamole was awesome. ..... Service was on point, friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. We never felt rushed. We will be back.

I would give this 0 Stars if I could. My girlfriends and I went to try this restaurant that we saw had good reviews. Unfortunately, we walked out after noticing that the chef, who is the owner, was sampling the food with another cook and licking his fingers after every bite. At no time did I see any of the cooks using gloves while handling the food. This is unacceptable. The kitchen is in plain view. The owner should know better. Never returning...

No typical Sonoran food that has been dumbed-down for the gringo palette here. Creative and traditional birria, flavorful and beautifully plated.

Great if you want to wait over an hour for two small tacos when the place is less than half full and the table next to you who was seated 45 minutes after yours is finished with their meal by the time you get served. Wanted to like the place. Really did.

I don't know what took so long for this restaurant to open, but the ambiance has a cool white and green interior. However, the A/C didn't seem to be on as it was very warm inside. The service was excellent (friendly and sweet server) and we received our food in a timely manner. But there was only 1 other table being served at the time. They start off by offering a plate of refried beans topped with cheese and small, crispy round tortillas on the side. Good but very filling! We tried the Chilindrinas, which were those round tortillas topped with melted cheese and pork cheek: the pork was very flavorful, almost like a chorizo. We opted to try the goat birria. Unfortunately, it was quite stringy and it had a lot of liquid, which made it hard to eat with just warm tortillas. This dish would probably have been better served with rice to soak up all that juice. I was also expecting an explosion of flavor and spice, but it was pretty bland. The queso fundido was also not like what we were used to at La Santisima: a lot less melty and gooey and more blocky and dry. Margaritas were good, but kind of weak. This restaurant is new and I hope they succeed; I think they just need to figure out what they want to be and make their menu more accessible. They have such an amazing oven that I am surprised they have no baked items like bread, Mexican pizza, or sandwiches.

Excellent birria. Both goat and an unusual and magical vegan version. Friendly staff and great service. Outdoor seating is wonderful with grand wood tables. Perfect for a big group or a date night. Please support this wonderful restaurant.

Delicious delicious delicious!! It’s been so long since I’ve had birria and oh boy does this place hit the spot. Birria is one of those quintessential Mexican dishes that could qualify as comfort food. Memories of those mornings after partying all night, in which one would hit a birria place to cure the inevitable hungover. Enough with the nostalgia. Try this place. Get the goat! It’s what’s best at this place. 5 stars.
