My first time trying Taco Central and I was not disappointed. I tried the cheese quesadilla, it was super cheesy and delicious. Their homemade green sauce was soooo good. The staff was friendly. Give them a try and try the tacos and quesadilla, you will not be disappointed

This food truck is amazing! Everyone running it is super friendly. The food is delicious. The limes, sauces, onions and pico are self serve so load up as much as you want. The limeade agua fresca was a little sweet for me but tasted freshly made. They set up in a parking lot which is a little dusty, but they put out a big tent with chairs and tables and lamps at night so there was a steady stream of people sitting down to eat and hang out.
