This food truck is amazing! Everyone running it is super friendly. The food is delicious. The limes, sauces, onions and pico are self serve so load up as much as you want. The limeade agua fresca was a little sweet for me but tasted freshly made. They set up in a parking lot which is a little dusty, but they put out a big tent with chairs and tables and lamps at night so there was a steady stream of people sitting down to eat and hang out. Best of all, the tacos were a great price so just get one of each. You won't regret it. My personal ranking of best to less best: birria, cabeza, carne asada, chicken tinga, al pastor

My first time trying Taco Central and I was not disappointed. I tried the cheese quesadilla, it was super cheesy and delicious. Their homemade green sauce was soooo good. The staff was friendly. Give them a try and try the tacos and quesadilla, you will not be disappointed

The restaurant didn't look like much from the outside. I placed my order by the door as I walked in. I then found a table to wait for my order. There was not much to the decor. I'm glad I got there early as the place quickly filled up. They were mostly locals, a lot on their lunch break, who seemed to spend a lot of lunches there. I found out why. I ordered the Asada Tacos. They did not take long to come to my table. They were excellent. There was plenty of well seasoned marinated beef, fresh cilantro, and tart pickled red onions. They have a small salsa bar and I had the dark salsa that was very tasty and had a nice bit of kick to it. I also added lime juice that brightened the whole taco. The homemade tortillas were fresh and held up well to the fillings. I didn't even need a fork. I have to admit that they were among the best tacos I have eaten, and these were street tacos and not Tex-Mex. An added bonus was the first Watermelon Margarita I have ever had was delicious and refreshing. Thank you to Triple D for helping me find Tacos Chiwas
