I met this guy i think he was the owner of this taco business at the phoenix downtown farmers market last week and I bought some steamed tacos from him, honestly the TACOS WERE OKAY VERY MID.. I'm sorry maybe could do better , but his customer service was very friendly and so good that I trust he can do better ! I would come back but not for awhile 😅
Tacos are pretty good, but the salsa containers are very small and half way filled up. I bought two extra salsas and they were the same, with two I made one full container.
Just remember the difference between a taco and great taco is the SALSA!!

I haven’t had tacos de canasta in years, I’m originally from Texas and the last place I had these kinds of tacos was in Juarez. They actually tasted pretty good, I bit heavy on the salt but that’s just for me, either way I’d definitely eat here again.
