Ordered online and pizza was still undercooked and doughy. Toppings weren't done and made an attempt to call but no answer. Called for a refund or replacement pizza but no response when I called. I will not be coming back to this Little Caesars. Night crew is also not professional. Still trying to post a Pic of the dough being raw from the pizza but it won't let me.

There’s not a competent employee here. I spent an hour waiting for an order I paid for online that no one bothered to fulfill even after I got the pickup confirmation. Actually a joke of a workforce.

The employee I dealt with - rude from the moment I walked in. For absolutely no reason. I have never had a restaurant insist that I bag my uber orders up myself. She was condescending. I let her know I would need a bag to carry four hot boxes and four separate sauces. That is common sense. Items are consistently bagged up and ready to go for uber deliveries. Zero restaurants thusfar have expected me to do that myself! Including other little Ceasars locations!

I cant tell you to avoid this place enough, they used to be the best and favorite but today cemented them as one of the worst. Waiting 20 mins for someone to come up to the register and then when they finally come up take the person behinds me order. To ordering online and waiting an extra 39 mins for them to finally get my order to me. To asking for 2 hot and ready they give me old crusty stale pizzas. I loved this place until recently and tonight's crew 8/26 is and always is the worst crew to get making your food.

First of all, I know this is the hood pizza but just cause it’s pizza doesn’t mean you should sell pizza that’s not cooked all the way my last three visits. The pizza is still real doughy like if it hasn’t even been cooked right

If I could give a zero stars I would first I ordered online so it would be ready when I came to pick it up, I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the cash register because my pizza was not it the portal and then when someone finally did come he told me that my order was lost and that they would have to remake it and it would be 10 minutes… very disappointed in there customer service

This place is ran by kids and they don't care about customer service ive keep going there and asking for extra chesse and butter on the crazy bread and never get it how lazy is this crew

Saw the cashier handling money and went straight to touch pizzas

Had placed an order online, the store canceled my order. So now I'm out 38 dollars an have to wait for a refund.
