Placed an order for my son’s graduation party through the app. My husband shows up and is greeted by staff. He proceeds to wait 30 minutes, then asks the staff what’s taking so long. They told my husband they lost my order. No one said a word. They tried to just refund my money instead of just making the food that I still needed for my party. Never again will I use this location.

Sometimes the lil ceasers will mess up the moist ones. This place has been pretty consistent and the staff are always friendly.

This place has turned around for the best. Place was clean and crew was still cleaning, they even look happy doing it. Manager guy was on top of it all, he was friendly, attentive & just great customer service period. Manager took my order and said “I’ll make everything fresh for you” ?. The place was very CLEAN and best of all my pizzas were FRESH, HOT and actually looked like the advertised pizzas, no cap. Pizza dough was made right, fresh, fluffy and my pizza perfect ratio of ingredients. Order was 10/10 and I should have taken a picture of it all but man, it was sooo good. 5 stars for service, food, atmosphere and even more! Keep up the great work night manager & team! I didn’t get his name but overall very pleasant guy and his staff even seemed fond of him. This is our spot for lil Cz pizza. Recommend y’all check it out. ?

Peperoni crazy puffs were hot and fresh. Each puff was cheesy and stuffed Peperoni. The restaurant was clean, and the staff had it ready to grab. Lunch was reasonable and good.

We were told it was cash or online order only when we came in. Tried three different cards on the app to order and the app told us it couldn't process our information. We left with nothing. I'm not overly impressed as we used to be able to go inside and order. If your app doesn't work you're eliminating an entire base of customers by default. Fix the app or fix your store, or both.
