Ordered online and showed up at 9:30 when it said my order would be ready, but I guess they decided to go home early, because the place was locked and empty.

I booked order like an hour ago. But when I pick up the box was empty. They didn’t make it available. I goota wait like 20 more minutes. They are not professional.

Waited 40 minutes for a cheese pizza. 5 customers come in, order, and leave with their food before me. I don’t come here. So I don’t know the protocol. After the 38th minute one worker says to the gentleman the took my order, “what’s he waiting for” and he says to me “uhh what did you order again?” And she grabs my pizza from where they hold the pizzas that are finished and hands it to me. So I sat in a tiny waiting room with a broken bell sensor that goes off every 14-20 seconds, during flu season, for 40 minutes unnecessarily, when my pizza was finished 25-30 minutes ago and just getting stale in their holder. No apology. Nothing. The workers were more concerned with what they’re doing after work and if someone named Tucker works there or not. Needless to to say…go to a different one.

Placed an order for my son’s graduation party through the app. My husband shows up and is greeted by staff. He proceeds to wait 30 minutes, then asks the staff what’s taking so long. They told my husband they lost my order. No one said a word. They tried to just refund my money instead of just making the food that I still needed for my party. Never again will I use this location.

This place has turned around for the best. Place was clean and crew was still cleaning, they even look happy doing it. Manager guy was on top of it all, he was friendly, attentive & just great customer service period. Manager took my order and said “I’ll make everything fresh for you” ?. The place was very CLEAN and best of all my pizzas were FRESH, HOT and actually looked like the advertised pizzas, no cap. Pizza dough was made right, fresh, fluffy and my pizza perfect ratio of ingredients. Order was 10/10 and I should have taken a picture of it all but man, it was sooo good. 5 stars for service, food, atmosphere and even more! Keep up the great work night manager & team! I didn’t get his name but overall very pleasant guy and his staff even seemed fond of him. This is our spot for lil Cz pizza. Recommend y’all check it out. ?
