Little Miss BBQ-University is a fantastic spot for delicious, authentic barbecue. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked, with great sides to round out the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly. A truly satisfying BBQ experience—definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!
Sam was amazing. Really everyone was. Felt like a family in there. Staff came by a few times to check in and offer water or to take our plates.
Sam gave me the low down on how to choose what cuts to give to customers and the extensive 4 months of training required before being able to serve customers. We had burnt ends and brisket. Brisket melted in your mouth. Burnt ends were delicious and not too sweet. Almost caramelized exterior. It was delicious.

I had the 2-meat plate with brisket and pork spare ribs, plus a 1 lb beef short rib. The meats were tender and flavorful, and I liked that they didn’t need sauce. The sides were decent, but the mac and cheese was a bit mushy. The staff was friendly, and the place had nice outdoor seating and a clean interior.
