Best I’ve ever had. I knew the brisket would be good, but the beans were also amazing. I’ve never had any that had this unique taste and they were incredible. Must. Go. To. Spot.
Food is phenomenal, it really is top tier. Was in town for the weekend and thought we'd take a chance, so glad we did! Here's what we ordered....
Brisket- soft, flavorful, melts in your mouth
Pork belly- unique flavor that kept me hooked on each bite
Jalepeno sausage- right amount of spice, right amount cheese. Kinda hoped it would be more spicy, but still worthy
Mac n cheese- noodles were more firm (al dente), not memorable but definitely...

This BBQ is so good that it has ruined the entire genre of BBQ restaurants. AZ is not known for BBQ but Texas is and this is SO much better than the 20ish TX spots I've been to. It's incredible. I can't oversell this. Go now, but be patient as the lines can be long. Full bar available as well.
