Haven’t had BBQ this great since HAPS when you finish all of you meats and realize you forgot to put sauce on it speaks volumes. Not saying the sauce wasn’t good, just means the meat doesn’t need any compliments. Everything in this spot has its own flavors, taste, and textures. I’ve been craving BBQ since coming back home from a visit in Tennessee. This was on my husband’s list to check out and it didn’t disappoint. You smell it as soon as park. There was a long line but it moved quickly, within 5 minutes. They give you samples while you’re ordering. I had the grits and the chopped brisket. It’s some of the best BBQ I’ve had, second only to my friend in TN who has perfected his slow cooked brisket.
