The place was beautiful and the service was excellent but the food didn't taste fresh. It was all nasty. Footage can be found on our YouTube Channel > Davis314Family

I'm a Southern girl. This is the closest thing to the deep South Soul Food you're gonna get.

I didn't eat at this location and keep deleting the reminder, but it won't go away. So I'm going to review what Sooooooo I have eaten at Lo-Lo's in the past. It has wonderful comfort food. Staff was always friendly.

I was flying out out of Phoenix airport and really wanted Lo-Lo's chicken, buuuuuut they were closed. It was around 1:30/2:00 pm so I'm not sure what their actual hours are or if the airport location is actually open since the times on their website said they would be open.

This was only my second time visiting LoLos and the food was good once again. The atmosphere wasn't as great but it was a different location than my first experience. Can't say whether I'll go back to this location but I'll definitely visit a different one.

The Sky Harbor International Airport location has been closed for several months. I believe this won't be opening up anytime soon and may get replaced at some point

You want the real deal, this is it. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it will be a memorable meal. I have had Lo-lo's in several locations and have never been disappointed

Rivals Roscoe's and I loved it. Fried chicken with a kick. Great side dishes however, I tried the shrimp and grits and that's a NO for me. Mimosa flight was awesome and don't forget the kool-aid drinks!

Maybe if you're lucky they'll be open. Friday at 2pm the whole restaurant was dark. Others in the area were open but there was nobody in sight at Lo-Lo's. They're supposed to be open according to their own website, but they don't even have a phone number you can call and ask if they're open. Made a big detour from terminal 3 to get this and was left completely disappointed. What a waste of time, won't do that again.

Did door dash. Burnt, very dry chicken - the kind you can’t swallow type of dry.We called specifically to make sure sauce would arrive with order. As past FOUR times no sauce (even w direct call) it’s as if the hoard that sh!t!!As usual, surly, rude staff.Burnt, dry chicken & we were both sick after eating. Used to be decent, now dismal at best.Go elsewhere! After years of trying, we are DONE w this nasty, rude ? place

Walked clear across the airport (20 mins) only to find out its not in the airport. Its on the outside before you check your bags and before you go through the TSA ?

My wife and I dined here as the first place we ate while on vacation this year. They set the bar high for every place we ate after. We ordered the appetizer to later with catfish nuggets, fried okra and fried green tomatoes. Then we ordered our main courses. I had the 3 piece smothered chicken...they let you choose what pieces you want too. The appetizer plate would have been enough to fill us both up because their portions are big too say the least. They also serve your drinks in 1 quart Mason jars! The staff was very friendly and super helpful too. We showed up during late afternoon on a Sunday and they got us in within only a few minutes of arriving even though they were really busy.We ate at Lo Lo's twice in two Different locations. I highly recommend this location. Food, staff and service were all nothing short of great!

Came here on October 3 around 4:30 PM. Restaurant was pretty slow but we had to wait an hour for our food. And I am not kidding about that. It was exactly 65 minutes. Chicken was very dry and the grits were very clumpy and tasteless. My sons really wanted to go here so we had to wait. I will never go here again. It’s no excuse to wait over an hour for your food. Manager or anyone in authority never came to ask how anything was or offered an explanation or an apology for as long as we had to wait for our food.

Hopefully this will help someone else in a similar situation: this location was closed when my friend and I tried to visit on a Saturday, around noon. Best I figure, the restaurant is closed all day on Saturdays.
