Deep dish is great as always my friend even was able to get a gluten free one, just know that the gluten free one is hard to cut through. The salad was very good and shareable for 2 to 3 people. The old fashioned drinks had way too much ice in them but still good.

Took my 11-year-old in to try Chicago-style pizza for the first time, and I figured there’s no better place to introduce that experience than Lou Malnati’s.

He made it through one slice… and that told me everything I needed to know. Not because he didn’t like it, but because this isn’t your average pizza. This is a commitment. Thick, rich, layered, and unapologetically filling.

The crust had that perfect buttery firmness, the sauce...
