Lovebite has all the dumpling goodness!!! They're operating based on a fairly simple concept: Pick a base - that's (pink!!!) rice, or (pink!!!) noodles, or a mix of both (or you can go with greens, but that's boring... and this comes from a vegetarian!); Pick your dumpling filling - pork, veggie, chicken or shrimp; Pick your sauce - I couldn't decide so they gave me a mix of all 3.
