This staff was disappointing when my friends and I came in for a drink in the late afternoon. They checked everyone’s ID which I appreciate, however, two of the staff confiscated one of my group member’s ID. If the ID was actually fake, this would have been reasonable, but the bartender was very quick to make an abrasive statement that the ID was fake instead of suggesting that is their professional opinion. They claimed that they take extensive training on checking for fake ID’s but they clearly forgot how to spot a real one from less populated states. Had to call the police to get them to release the card back to my friend. I was mainly rubbed the wrong way that they kept stating my friend’s ID was fake as a fact without waiting for law enforcement’s assessment first. Great way to lose business from anyone without an Arizona ID.

I was never a fan of luckys But bartendersAre Trigger happy to say ur drunk if they don’t want to serve you it’s sad one of my buddies had a few drinks and they cut drinks off for all of us then the bartenders Laughed among themselves like it was intentional avoid this place

I went to this bar with a coworker of mine (my first time ever in Arizona) and ended up getting sick in the bathroom from food poisoning at a different place (I hadn’t had one drink yet that day). Employees were waiting outside of the bathroom and kicked me out without asking if I was okay or letting me tell the people I was with. LUCKILY I was sober and not drugged/blacked out considering I wouldn’t have known the area and could’ve gotten seriously hurt. Will never go to this place again.

rude security, barely had my night started w like 3 beers but the front security said i looked wobbly and didnt let me go in cause supposedly i was intoxicated, im mexican and he’s white so he was being racist w me!!!!
I got off a plane. Got out the car to enter with my kids on a Friday to celebrate my son’s engagement and when I went to enter was stopped and told I could not enter because I was intoxicated. I am 58 and I do not drink alcohol. I kept telling these 2 young men this and they still said I was. The other issue is the group I was with were all intoxicated but me. So, whoever they have asking for id and checking if a person is intoxicated needs to be re-trained. Never will we step foot in there again.

“The groups behind us also advocated for us and said they saw us prior to us going to the car. They even ensured the little man, “Alex”, that they had no problem with us joining our men to go inside.” If everyone in the line is stating to move forward, why is your team still asking people to wait in line when others do not want us to do so and were already familiar with the situation? Since, no one had a problem except your security team (a common theme notated in the negative reviews), we indeed were denied entry. Please work on your security staff/ management team and do better with taking responsibility for your failed attempt of running a “friendly, neighborhood bar” as you all notably try to market yourself as.

This place is extremely racist and unprofessional. The security will harass you and aren’t welcoming at all. Don’t visit here. A few friends and I went here for a night out and were denied at the door. We had two men and three women in our group. Originally all five of us stood in line but the guys noticed we were chilly and suggested we sit in the car to stay warm while they stay in line. When it was close to our turn to go in, we got out of the car and walked up, mind you one of the guys is my fiance. The security guard, allegedly named Alex, denied us entry and said we were cutting the line. We explained to him that we were in line already and the guys being chivalrous suggested we sit in the car and stay warm for a few minutes. He completely ignored us, didn’t listen to us and stated other people waited in the cold. Our car was RIGHT IN FRONT. And The groups behind us also said they saw us in line prior to us going to the car so there wasn’t an issue. Alex proceeded to deny us entry. Alex was rude even after we explained that we only sat in the car to warm up. So we ended up going to a spot around the corner that was much more welcoming. I’ll never patron is place and will be sure to tell others to stay far away! Security is clearly on a power trip and judging by the responses I’ve seen from management there’s no push to try to correct this. Truly disappointed in our treatment. I even called the club after the incident and they told me to call Monday. I certainly will be calling to complain. Never again.
