Peixoto Coffee is a favorite coffee shop in Arizona, distinguished from other coffee places by their attention to detail. All flavored drinks are always well balanced, and their pour overs are even better. The flash brew pour over with the Colombia Piemonte Geisha blend was fruitier and more acidic, with bold honeydew and lemon flavors. The espresso is so good that less milk is better, making an iced espresso or a cortado a great choice. The quiche, though priced at $9, was delicious. The service is exceptional; baristas are always friendly and willing to make a recommendation. The space itself is airy and welcoming, with tables big enough for four, a nice counter, and sofas. Customers can also sit outside on the sidewalk or patio. Service is fast, with drinks ready in about ten minutes. This beautiful new location has a warm and inviting vibe where time seems to slow down, perfect for relaxing with a great cup of coffee and one of their incredible pastries. Everything is made with care, making it a fantastic addition to downtown Phoenix.
