Based on the reviews, Jobot Coffee & Bar is a restaurant in downtown Phoenix with a great atmosphere and a classic, chill, artsy vibe. The food has seen a big time menu improvement, with a noticeable upgrade in the kitchen. The new food is easily a 5 out of 5. The absolute best breakfast sandwich is art, with bacon that is crispy and has a hint of sweetness, a perfectly cooked egg, melted cheese, and the right amount of spinach, served with the crispiest hash browns. The La Memoria (Sonoran) Hotdog is an absolute must-order and is flawless. The pizza is phenomenal, far exceeding expectations, and is crispy, gooey, and served with the most delicious ranch dipping sauce. The coffee has always been great. There is a comedy & music Open Mic on Wednesday nights on the patio by the sidewalk, which is awesome and has a true sense of community. The restaurant is open late, with food till midnight on weekdays and way later on weekends, with loud music and lots of bike friendly parking.
