I once had a 5 star review 9 years ago and have been a returning for quite some time but I feel after the hit or miss service the last few times I have been tells me I should find a different local go to coffee shop. It’s unfortunate because the coffee is great but the service not so much. When addressed you’re offered a complimentary gift card which I denied because it isn’t about receiving something free when being rude to by employees. I don’t think I’d be a returning...
