Such a cute little spot! I love the decor and the outdoor setting. I was so pleasantly surprised with the food and drinks too! Dole Whip was delicious-- a cocktail dessert. The margarita also had great flavor. Definitely order the carne asada fries! And the tortillas are handmade which you can immediately tell as soon as you bite in-- and they make great chips! Our waiter was running most of the tables and kept up very well. We will eventually go back and possibly pay for the day pass for the pool too!

Ok me and the girls need to set up a day here by the pool ! I had the best drink ever!!! The dole whipped had me whipped that's for sure lol. Proceed with caution on that sneaky devil. I also had their tacos and guacamole platter all of which were very flavorful and fresh! All the servers were super attentive and helpful and the vibes and ambiance is unmatched!

Lylo in Phoenix offers a vibrant ambiance and boasts a staff that goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. While the culinary offerings are modest and won't dazzle food connoisseurs, the drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are delicious and expertly crafted. Although I didn't have the chance to sit in the pool area, the option to rent a cabana looks like a fun and indulgent experience. Overall, Lylo is the perfect spot for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere, good drinks, and friendly service, even if the food doesn't steal the show.

Tacos are on point (especially pastor) and the atmosphere is great. Cocktails could be better but if you're sitting by the pool they will taste better!

We had great food and drinks. The vibe was fun and the staff was super friendly. I loved the guacamole and the tacos were on point!

IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone. Called 2 phone numbers, "text us" option, Facebook message, email, and Facebook comment. All disconnected or no response. I took this as a sign of how the customer service would be and decided not to go.

The price increases at Lylo are ridiculous. In May 2023 (less than a year ago) it was $20 per person for a weekday daytime pass booked via ResortPass. Now it's $45 for the exact same thing. That's less than twice as much for a hotel with the same amenities and a smaller food menu than it had before. (For contrast, you can get a brow wax, gym access, a steam room, a sauna, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and a rooftop pool with food/drink service for $26 at LifeSpa just down the street.) Lylo also charged me $14 for a mocktail. (I ordered the tequila funshine, but virgin, as I have several times before.) Usually I am charged $7 for this because it's literally just lemon juice and ginger beer with a sprig of mint--no alcohol to pump up the price. When I mentioned this to the server, he said there's "wear and tear on their equipment, so they have to charge full price." What wear and tear results from pouring ginger beer and lemon juice into a glass? I'm sad to see Lylo/Rise resort to such outrageous money-grabbing. Previously, I enjoyed using this pool as it's just a few minutes away from home and therefore an easy way to relax on a day off. Now I'm disgusted at the way they treat the patrons that make them popular.

This place holds sentimental value for me as it's where I once worked and where I'd always choose to dine as an employee. The kitchen is impeccably clean, leaving me with no concerns about food quality. My go-to lunch is Korean BBQ paired with a refreshing dole whip ice cream, the perfect reward after a long day's work, especially in the sweltering summer heat. Although I've moved on from this hotel, the food and cocktails here remain a compelling reason for me to return and indulge. I highly recommend their cucumber cocktail, with its subtle hint of mint, especially delightful on a hot summer day. This is a place where I used to work, and it is also a place where I would choose to have my own work meals as an employee, because its kitchen is clean and tidy enough, and I have never had any concerns about the quality of the food. My favorite lunch is KoreanBBQ with a dole whip ice cream, which is simply the best reward after work in the hot summer. Although I have since left the hotel, their food and cocktails are always the reason I come back to enjoy the meal. What I recommend most is the cucumber cocktail, which has a light mint flavor and is especially suitable for summer.

For those needing that pool vibe all year round, this is your spot. Nice ambiance... very peaceful. Great for groups and intimate meetups. The salmon ceviche was different but good. I couldn't stop eating it. I wasn't a fan of the specialty cocktail. They have a full bar, so I couldn't have clearly ordered my usual.

This spot is great for afterwork unwounding or meeting your favorite person. The food was delicious. Try the salmon ceviche... spicy and filled with flavor. The pool is open year round. There is plenty of seating at the bar or in the pool area. Nice ambiance.

They never answer the phone. I wish I could’ve experienced this.

Such a good place that I've been looking forward to forever. Got the salmon ceviche and I'm currently suffering from it because it gave me food poisoning. It was served warm and not kept cold, but I had a great experience otherwise. Drinks were so good, just be careful when ordering fish here.

We use to LOVE this place! Their menu was great and different, back in the day, Hawaiian themed. Now it's like every other pool party, tacos and chips, etc. The drinks used to be amazing, now they are TERRIBLE! Not sure if it's just new employees or if they changed the ingredients to the drinks. Either way, not a good decision. Pool used to be heated, but when we went last month, it was not heated and it was freezing!! It was more like a cold plunge. Service was ok. Good atmosphere though.
