We came on Sunday of a holiday weekend, got there early. Had 2 loungers by the pool. The drinks were good and they had a special holiday menu that was nice and affordable. The dj was good and they had some giveaways. Our server was a little disappointing, no personality whatsoever and not checking in very often but it was packed and he was new, so maybe just overwhelmed. Such a fun and relaxing pool experience. Chris was absolutely incredible, world class customer service. If you’re looking for a fun yet laid back pool time Lylo is the place to be!
Service model NEEDS to change. 20% gratuity included in all checks but we had to go to the bar to order, buss our own seats etc… I’d rather it just be known that you go to the bar to order (provide a self service model). Pool was great, food and drinks were great but staff overall was not great. Didn’t seem to be friendly, frustrated and overwhelmed. And who wouldn’t be when there’s only one person serving everyone at the pool
