This location has gone downhill as of late. Stale chips and slow service. The server we have had the last few times forgets things and put in order wrong. She disappeared on my last visit and 2 other employees took over. I watched a busser wipe debris from a table with his hands rather than using a sanitized towel. The men's restroom should be closed until it can be repaired.

I was in Phoenix last week, with my friend and his wife. This is the third time I've been there. It was as usual excellent in every way a restaurant can be... The wait staff is hard working & ready to assist in any needs you may have or want... If you are ever in Phoenix, do yourself a big favor and go to Manuel's, relax and enjoy some great Mexican food.

For the love of all things holy, please fix and repair the men's disgusting bathroom already! The bathroom smells awful into the dining room, and one urinal has had a garbage bag over it for months... Absolutely unacceptable. Gross.

I absolutely love the food, the bartenders, and the servers. However, I have an issue with a young, inexperienced manager. Brianna asked a customer to leave. She refused him service and told him not to come back. He was not disruptive nor was he drunk. He was a faithful patron for years, and it seems like she was targeting him for personal reasons which myself, and many of the other customers object to. It is sad that you had to lose such a good a customer for a personal reason.

Delicious as always! Disappointed in the sad amount of quacamole and sour cream that were majorly over priced. Our waitress was very nice and good at her job.

Cheese slipped off cheese crisp, tortilla soup with cold chicken. Burro fell apart. No wonder there is no wait. Owner needs to visit ValleLuna to find out why there is a 1 hr wait.

We came in after 8:45, we were sitting in the bar. The bartender was also out waitress... She did such a an amazing job being by herself. It was a joy to watch her be overwhelmed, but smile and make sure we had all our needs met.
