I absolutely love the food, the bartenders, and the servers. However, I have an issue with a young, inexperienced manager. Brianna asked a customer to leave. She refused him service and told him not to come back. He was not disruptive nor was he drunk. He was a faithful patron for years, and it seems like she was targeting him for personal reasons which myself, and many of the other customers object to. It is sad that you had to lose such a good a customer for a personal reason.
Took kinda a long time to get my order to go . But the staff was nice and simple. So I didn't make a big deal about it . I was working at the time as a door Dash driver . My delivery understood the delay . All good at the end of the

I was in Phoenix last week, with my friend and his wife. This is the third time I've been there. It was as usual excellent in every way a restaurant can be... The wait staff is hard working & ready to assist in any needs you may have or want... If you are ever in Phoenix, do yourself a big favor and go to Manuel's, relax and enjoy some great Mexican food.
