Matt's Big Breakfast

Best airport breakfast I’ve had. Food was fresh and made there and rated very good.

Axel was on the ball and happy and personable. Food was quick and delicious.

A bit pricey for breakfast but some of the best air port food I have had.

Had the three egg scramble special. It was really good. Very friendly staff. We loved it!

Wanted to warn people that fries are an extra charge even if you order a burger or sandwich even though the menu says otherwise. Waitress was rude at first, but as time went on, she got much nicer. The food was fine but overpriced.

On my layover through PHX today, I stopped in and ate at Matt's Big Breakfast. They serve all-day breakfast and some good sandwiches. It's probably been over 5 years since I've been at this spot.

I went ahead and ordered the BLT with sliced avocado and a Pepsi.

Service was good, good was good and atmosphere was good. I would come back. Thanks 😊

Walked all the way from a to b and it says open but it's closed. Waste of time.

If you like noise (death metal at 8 AM), bad slow service with attitude, and very mediocre food, this is your place. Servers at the tables seemed better. Avoid the counter like the plague.

Caught in a long delay and posted up in the Admirals Lounge, I needed something solid before my flight home—8 hours late. I made the right call stopping at Matt’s.

I ordered the BLT, and let me tell you—it hit the spot. Extra crispy bacon stacked thick, served on buttery Texas toast with fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and just the right amount of mayo. Simple, classic, and done exactly right. No frills, just a damn good sandwich when I needed it most.

If you’re stuck at Sky Harbor and want a real meal, skip the fast food and hit Matt’s. They know how to make a sandwich that stands up to a long night.

They were so unprofessional...disrespectful...i was trying to order while i guess the maneger & worker were joke fussing...i said excuse me ma'am she walked right pass me text on her phone...he told me to sit at the table but told the others that it was bar room..i felt so invisible..looked over..they dont have to worry about me, plus american airlines rerouted my fly for hours 😭😭😭😭😭

Avoid! Took over 10 mins for server to come to me. Then it took OVER 20 mins for my sandwich. I had to inhale my food and rush to the gate. I had well over 40 mins before my flight when I sat down so thought it would be fine...guess not

Airport prices, but good, friendly service. Generous portions, very good ingredients.

Service was fine but it was 45 minutes just for a chicken sandwich + fries. - horrible sandwich

Matt’s is one of our favorite places to grab a bite before a flight in the older part of terminal 4. With breakfast food, you know what you’re getting, and if something is wrong—it’s pretty easy to call out. In recent years it’s not as consistent as it used to be, but it beats the alternatives.

Our flight got in super early and Matt’s Big breakfast was just the thing we needed! Axel was our server and was on it, especially with making sure that our coffee cup was always filled. Everything we had was fresh, right temperature and yummy!
