I realize airport dining can be a different experience, but this was “Matt’s big bacon Bloody Mary” with “all the trimmings and a bacon salt rim” $40 of drinks pictured.

The food was alright. the sausage in the omelette was cold—maybe frozen? Which is surprising from a location that emphasizes quality fresh ingredients in their marketing.

I had a terrible experience here and felt completely disrespected. I sat at the bar for about five minutes without being acknowledged. A woman sat down after me, and the bartender immediately greeted her, gave her a menu, and took her order before even speaking to me. When he finally did address me, he went over to his female coworker, whispered something, and they both looked at me and shook their heads.

At that point, I decided I wanted no part of their service and simply asked for the bill. I’m visiting from out of town, and I truly hate to think my skin color may have played a role in how I was treated. The entire situation was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back, and if you are a person of color, I encourage you to share your experiences here as well so others can be aware if this is an ongoing issue.

One of the only options when passing through PHX for breakfast early in the morning. I got the waffle and bacon option and substituted eggs instead of bacon. They were understaffed and very busy, there was one very snarky waiter, who was super rude to the only other waitress on the floor. And it took them a while to get my order out even though the place wasn’t even full. I’m sure it’s because they were understaffed. They did do the eggs properly and the waffle came with real maple syrup so that is amazing! Only pasteurized juice options.

This was the MOST disappointing breakfast food I can recall. I love breakfast, brunch, and brinner. Breakfast foods are happiness in my belly. This one, I didn't even want to eat! My jaw shouldn’t hurt less than half way through my meal because everything is so poorly prepared.

Pancake- burnt (overcooked)
Sausage- dry (overcooked)
Bacon- burnt (overcooked)
(See a theme?)
Eggs- not to order (overcooked)
Potatoes- actually ok, but I personally don't enjoy potatoes. 🤷‍♂️

Thankfully, they comp'd the food. As I was about to leave without paying *anything* because the one manager who could adjust tickets just disappeared and they had me waiting for him for awhile, he finally got back so my server was able to charge my drink and comp the meal. I probably should have made more of a stink and not payed anything. It was straight up terrible.

My recommendation: steer clear of this one. Hopefully they get a new cook and new reviews that show they’re improving.

We had a long layover and needed a good meal to tide us over. Decided to give this place a try, and it was a winner! My wife had a Reuben sandwich and I had the turkey club. Both sandwiches were really good! The homemade chips were good as well, definitely recommend. We HAVE to shout out the cook, Kevin. These guys behind the scenes get overlooked and we had to give him some Kudos for a great meal!

Located in Gate B. This is a good place to grab a meal and beverage pre-flight. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Speedy service. Several TVs.

A volunteer recommended this place to us for breakfast during our extensive e layover, and I'm so glad we followed her advise. The waiter/bartender at the counter was awesome, super friendly and as attentive as he could be given his obvious workload. I got the waffle with bacon and a side of eggs, my partner got the steak and eggs, and everything was actually cooked beautifully and to order (steak was juicy, eggs were great, neither brown nor rubber...). This is my new default for this airport, for sure.

DISRESPECTFUL WAITSTAFF….Stopped in to have lunch during my 4 hour layover and rest my leg. I had an injury and in pain from walking to my gate. The lady in front of me asked to be seated and I heard the male waiter say, “it’s open seating.“ She proceeded to the bar and I followed behind sitting down at a four top. There were two lady’s sitting next to me at a 2 top. The waiter came over and said, you cant sit there. I said why? He said bc it’s a 4 top. I said, I heard you say open seating to the lady in front of me. He said, that’s for the bar. I said I’ll move when you need this table other than that my leg hurts and I just need to rest. I should also mention that I was having a conversation with the ladies next to me when he barged in. This kid proceeded to harass me and not serve me bc I was at a 4 top. When 6 people showed up, he said to me, you have to move. I have 6 people coming to sit down. I got up with the ladies and turned to him saying you need to learn some manners, I will be eating elsewhere. He had a major attitude with me and incredibly unprofessional. Both ladies turned and told him to be more respectful to the patrons and to watch his mouth. Just another disappointment to society with zero respect for people or his restaurant! He needs to find a new job!

Food was decent (Ruben sandwich) but it seemed like the only person working was the bartender. Saw a few employees literally standing around. It took 35 minutes for my sandwich to come out.

Reviewers are haters. Excellent burrito and bloody Mary. My bartender, Todd is great. (The whole team is busting ass) I travel for work and will return here when I'm at Phoenix Skyharbor.

Food from take out window takes way too long for airport service, like 30 min! If you are trying to make a flight, eat elsewhere
