Had a bacon lettuce tomato sandwich. Awful..burnt bacon on dry english muffin. Fries were pretty good. Even appearance of sandwich looked awful on delivery but very crowded never would gave gotten another meal replacement before flight. Mcdonalds would have veen much cheaper & taste better. Very disappointing after waiting for a table.

The food is atrocious, and what makes it even worse is the price. I paid $20 for what was easily the worst burrito I’ve ever had, which is insane in itself, but even more insulting given how bad it was. The bacon was burnt to the point of tasting like charcoal, the eggs were completely overcooked

I don’t expect much from airport food, but this wasn’t just mediocre, it was offensively bad. Paying $20 for a burrito this bad makes me feel like goofy.

It was very good! Service was excellent even with it being busy. We still had plenty of time to get to our gate.

Ordering from the phone made it very quick and I was able to leave for my flight whenever I needed, you don’t have to wait for the server to bring your check. Griddlecakes were great- real maple syrup!

The big breakfast was legit, ordering from the app is a little impersonal. It’s loud but normal for an airport resturant. Overall the all day breakfast is a nice change for airport food.

How can you screw up a breakfast any more than this? Griddle cake as good as my mothers (not a compliment). Sodium levels in the sausage patties through the roof. Everything on my plate looks like it was cooked two days ago. Rates among the very worst breakfast I ever had. The water was tasty though.

I don't care what anyone else says. They stayed open late to ensure the delayed flight in got food. They were awesome and the food was delicious. I got a simple breakfast burrito but it was huge!

Amber was an excellent waitress! She took my breakfast order with a smile. I ordered their breakfast sandwich without bacon, as I am a vegetarian and honestly, I never cared for bacon when I did eat meat. My plate came out and had bacon on it. Amber took my plate back to the kitchen and I watched the cook take the bacon off the sandwich and hand it back to Amber. She brought it back over to me and I told her I do not care for bacon, and if I can taste it, I’m not going to eat the sandwich. She then offered to have a new one made and I accepted. I waited a few more minutes and had another sandwich brought to me. She immediately said “if it tastes like bacon, please let me know.” I then looked into the sandwich and it was missing everything except cheese and egg. It was supposed to come with caramelized onions, sauce, etc. I then told Amber it was missing everything. She then went over to the kitchen and told them she needed caramelized onions. I waited a few more minutes and she brought the onions over, they were cold. At this point, my sandwich and potatoes were also cold. She asked “is your meal cold” and I told her “yes this meal needs to get comped.” Messing up in order twice is unacceptable. I told her it was not her fault and it was totally on the kitchen staff. Amber appreciated that! When I was ready to check out, Amber had to bring the manager on staff over to comp the meal. The manager was Betty. I happen to be sitting right in front of the POS and Amber explained the situation of the kitchen messing up multiple times. Betty did not make eye contact with me at all. I told Betty that I am happy to pay for my coffee, but I will not pay for the meal. Betty did not make eye contact with me, still, and did not apologize for anything wrong that the kitchen did or anything. It was incredibly unprofessional. Amber was amazing and I even made a comment to her asking if Betty was having a bad day. She said that Betty is just like that. I would not have a manager running my restaurant that treats customers in such a way when it is their own staff’s issue that created the problem in the first place. My breakfast sandwich was a $16 sandwich in the Phoenix airport. I will happily go back and have Amber be my bartender for a drink, but the manager and the kitchen need a serious refresh on how to treat customers and how to properly prepare food.

Order by QR code only. Give away your phone number and credit card unless using Goggle pay. Big fat tip added automatically for terrible service. Coffee is awful.

Table we got sat at was filthy, and had an empty cocktail glass with sticky stuff on the table…. Had to move it and clean the table ourselves since our server was incapable of cleaning any tables prior I guess. Then the women behind the counter was a nightmare to deal with. She gave so much attitude to these guests about sitting at a table, when no one else was waiting in line to sit.. But apparently since they already ordered their food, they were “forced” to cancel their order. Which I call bs. This happened on 1/1/26 around 9-9:30 am, so whoever was taking orders, and whoever was seating people on this day, at this time, shame on you both.
Their management should pull them both aside and reality check them, cause their egos overcame their customer service in that moment. Do better.
