Waited in line. Music playing loud. Get my wrap. Go to gate to eat it and that’s pretty much all I got. A wrap. Nothing inside but a tiny piece of chicken at the bottom. Sad day for McDonalds

They were very patient with my kids while we were ordering. I have a 6 year old that loves to order her own stuff and the young lady at the register was very nice with her.

This is where you go if you want your dreams to die. I was starving and the salty hot garbage that is McDonald’s sounded as though it would be mana from heaven. Upon making it to the counter, the worker appeared as though my very existence inconvenienced her and she informed me that they had no salty hot garbage. I don’t know how McDonald’s of all places has no salty hot garbage, but my soul died a little at that moment. Not only this the worker continued to look at me as if I had just committed an infraction against the Geneva convention. In the end I got no salty hot garbage, and was treated like dirt by the employees. Would not recommend this McDonald’s. Their ice cream machine is probably always broken too.

Ordered before I boarded. The bag had the right number of items. Besides the fries, everything else was wrong. My home state doesn’t have Hot N Spicy’s so that’s what I ordered. I got cheeseburgers. So depressing.

Service was very slow and the staff were not friendly nor did they offer any sort of customer service. A lot of menu items were missing, like the quarter pounders. We ordered the 10 chicken nugget meals and one box had 8 and the other only 9! We didn’t have time to complain as we had a flight to get, tbh i imagine that is a common practice here!

Run out of half the very limited menu, staff clearly done with their job, food takes forever to come - expectations were low but you still disappointed

I've eaten a lot of airport food and I have to say this was an all time low. Most things on the menu were not available. I was in a rush, so I didn't check my order before walking to my gate. I didn't get my order. Chicken sandwiches were terrible, fries were cold but they did get my drink right. They looked very unorganized and confused, so that should have been my indication to check my order. Next time, I'll go without.

We bought burgers her for breakfast. Honestly they weren’t the same like the burgers outside the airport but they were still good. The service was ok and the atmosphere was calm.

Be careful!! They will rip you off! The manager told me this morning that hashbrowns were 2/$3 and I looked at my receipt and they charged me $6! I work at the airport, I don’t make that much money and these people do not care! I brought it to his attention and he said, “sorry my bad” and then he wouldn’t do anything about it. He was completely rude. I paid $10 for a latte and 2 hashbrowns. I wish I was paying more attention but I will never go to this Macdonalds again. I don’t care if it’s petty, it’s hard to survive when these big companies take advantage of people that don’t make a lot of money.
