I went through the drive thru and was told I needed to go park and come in to pick up my order. When I went in, I had to take my granddaughter to the restroom, and when we came out, I was told that someone had taken our order outside, even though I was not in a pickup spot and had been told to go in. When we went outside, the server had to dig through the orders to separate parts of mine that had been put into someone else's. When we got home, there was no milk in the happy meal and none of the fries in the whole order had been cooked properly, they were white, soggy and cold. This is the 3rd time we've been to this location, and the 3rd time we've had multiple issues with the order. There won't be a 4th visit.

The attitude I got from the woman in drive through was horrible there would be a long pause and thinking they can't hear me I asked if someone was there ? Just plain old gross behavior! I don't like giving bad reviews but something needs to be done here .. tired of spending my money and not getting what I ordered ..

in-line 2 minutes before lunch was being served, asked for a happy meal for my daughter and was told no no due to time, I couldn’t back up so I went thru the line. Once I was up to the window it was 10:32, asked to speak with a manager and since it was past 10:30 I figured I’d could order my daughter’s meal. She told me to leave or she was going to call the cops because I was being disrespectful? Long story short Norma the manager is working at McDonald’s for a reason.Update; place still really sucks the manager with the dirty blond ponytail can honestly do a much better job at her job, because of her I’m making an update. No need to badmouth more thing online about them. Hopefully someone will reach out? Or not I don’t care. Don’t kill yourself at this location. Eat at another one.

I ordered two sandwiches and asked them to add mayonnaise to both of them. Whoever made my sandwich needs to be trained. They put WAAAAAAAY too much mayonnaise on both the sandwiches. The sandwiches literally fell apart in my hand! I couldn't eat them. Why did they do that? I will never order from this location ever again.

Employee drina doesn't deserve her job with her customer service snatching and cursing at people have been coming to this McDonald's daily for a year and half and the customer service is getting out of hand now very rude Because I get my Fries for my daughter and pay for a large and there halfway And they get upset and try to tell me that they're not gonna give me my food that they're gonna refund me and then with my Ice coffee I get charged for extra caramel drizzle around the cup and they barely put any and get mad when I tell them and Snatch items out of my hand and curse at me it's ridiculous and I came to this McDonald's this long for a reason because of the good customer service and how the food was made now now it is Trash Don't even feel comfortable going here any longer With the poor customer service that they have
