The lady was rude and ended the drive thru order quick as to where I wasn't sure is she canceled my order or I was supposed to pull up. And to not have ice cream? Or just being lazy? 🤔
Fries were hot and fresh rest of my food was cold (nuggets and big mac) soda was flat. This location needs to work on the soda. McDonald's usually has the best coke but not this one always seems a little flat. They also forgot all of my sauce I ordered. Kids were not happy they didnt get sweet and sour sauce 😲🙈 They did actually put extra onions on the big Mac this time!
its a McDonald's

McDonald's is a well-run restaurant with a friendly and helpful staff. The establishment is clean and offers affordable prices. The food is consistently good, with favorites such as fries and ice cream cones. While some menu items, like chicken sandwiches, have changed (now fried/breaded), the overall quality remains the same. The staff's customer service is generally good, with the manager displaying great customer service and being sweet and nice. However, some reviews suggest that not all employees are equally skilled, with servers sometimes seeming over worked and non attentive. There can be errors on orders, such as kids meals with the wrong number of nuggets, and food like fries arriving cold. The restaurant continues to provide a positive experience with good food and friendly service, and managers are known to fix orders when there is a concern.
