Awful visit . I haven’t been to McDonald’s in months and today reminded me why.
Went to the drive thru at 5am one car in front of me only and it took what seemed like over 10mins to get coffee and breakfast.
I normally wouldn’t care about the time it took to get the food except the coffee was not drinkable — it was like black ink . I thought ok maybe it was brewed strong bc I often drink McDonald’s cofffee and it is watery. Not this time. Black ink totally undrinkable . The. Breakfast food was also barely warm. I would say it was cold .
How’? There are warmers there . Please do better. Awful experience never again at this location

It took forever to get an employee to take my money to pay for food. Way understaffed. Don't go here if your in a hurry.
Arrived here at 9:50 am. Was not able to leave the drive through until almost 11. I honestly can't believe I wasted my time like this for something that is absolutely horrible for my health. I didn't even eat my food once I got it. I will NEVER be caught dead at any fast food establishment again. Especially McDonald's.

Walked up to get food and placed the order for carry out through the app at 10:53 and payed as I was walking up the restaurant to find the doors locked and no one would answer. I never got my food but they took my money. 😮💨
Disappointed after disastrous experience at ba ba ba ba BAD! Took forever, even though it was pre-ordered in the app. Poor food quality, COLD! Didn’t include ordered condiments. They really ain’t tryin give a darn! Embarrassing attempt McDonalds!

Wow! This McDonald's was very clean. However, while I was there, there were a few homeless people coming in and out. The restrooms are for paying customers only, which I appreciated. The employees do a great job of keeping everything clean and I did not feel uncomfortable at any time. My only complaint is that the employees were very aloof and not helpful.

If I wanted to park, I would've gone to Sonic. If it wasn't for my kids, I wouldn't even come here. Every time I come to this drive-thru, they make me park. Today, I waited outside for 10 minutes for my order, and when I walked in to get it, it was sitting behind the counter all bagged, and ready to go, but no one was able to bring it to me. This McDonalds has the worst drive-thru service. I hate coming here. Why would you have two drive-thru lines if you can't even keep up with one? I'm always disappointed here. 👎
