This particular McDonald's has been really trying it's best to make me go elsewhere. The last few times I've had it, the food has been very underwhelming including this time when, somehow, the fries were fresh and weren't at the same time and the McRib patties were under sauced and the bread was rock hard and they forgot the large sweet tea I had ordered. If I were upper management I would be coming down on this particular McDonald's and setting things right with the workers because it's definitely obvious they're not trying.

What is the point of having a kiosk machine? If you can’t pay on that machine you can’t use your debit card you can’t use your credit card. You gotta stand in line. Go to the cashier and pay that way. very frustrating.

The men’s restroom was disgusting, pee all over the floor, there wasn’t any paper towels or soap available. Looks like a homeless person decided to change clothes inside the bathroom and left everything behind on the trash bin. Nobody like to clean, imagine how they handle your food.

I have been going to this location for years and now the feminine boy at drive through told me not to ever come back all over oatmeal which I have always been able to get at any time. Now I can go when he isn't there and get my oatmeal or I have since just got used to going to 7th Street or 19th Ave and my oatmeal is given without mentioning that it is a breakfast item! This location has gone to crap with those dei things that think so highly of themselves that they are almost as if they are racist towards straight people.

Ordered via the app. Was given a bag, drove away and realized I was missing two McRib sandwiches. Went back to the store and they told me that they were out but they let me pay for them and drive through without giving them to me. Every time I visit something is missing from the bag. Double check your order before leaving the premises.

So now mc d is ripping people off the nuggets are old looks like someone got hungry before i could get a bite , they are half as thick as they used to be and more money and quarter pounder with cheese you mean a big mac patty with nothing but mustard and 6 fri/(;:& pickles wich means they are now charging twice the money and you get half the food wait time is stupid at this location in fact i would say because the nuggets are so thin that they got cold old and hard waiting on the drive through,,, ps . You no longer have world famous fries you havent since they stopped using beef tallow to fry them in. And it wants me to recommend something from mc ds i would if you had a picture of a trash can its the first time eating here since the pandemic and I can clearly see mc donalds hasent changed and there food is worse now then back then

Been going to this McDonalds for years and ordering the sausage breakfast burrito meal without cheese. Today they said they can't make it without cheese! They had a line of cars and chose quick over quality and gave me 2 soggy burritos with cheese that had been under a heat lamp. This place is trash and will never get my business again. I work way to hard for my money to just give it away for trash food.

I have no issues with the food. You pretty much know what you get from McDonald’s and the people are typically friendly. What I am super sick and tired of is ordering a burger and fries, no special requests just a simple burger and fries and they make you pull around and park. I can kind of understand it if you have a complicated order and they’re busy but when you’re the only person in line it’s ridiculous. My son worked in fast food and was a manger so I know they do this so their drive thru times look good. I am not the only one that hate this as I talk to people all the time the say exactly what I am saying here.

I hate the drive through but late night they give you no choice. I did a Mobil order and went there to pick it up, gave them my order number and drove up to the window. All they had to do was get my order together and give it to me. I paid through the app, several cars lined up behind me so after receiving my order I drove around front to check my bag only to find out half my order wasn't there. I drove back through the drive through to get the rest of my food but the workers were ignoring me. After 10 minutes of knocking someone came to the window screaming were closed. I yelled back "I placed a mobel order and I'm missing half my food" a worker turned up the music and they continued to ignore me. I don't let these things go, so I called the corporate office and I plan on giving them a piece of my mind. Worst service.
