This place is a circus.. I swear u hear the front employees cursing amd upset bcuz they get the brunt of the criticism.. but 1st let me say.. that we LOVE MCDONALDS. If I could afford to eat there morning noon and night I would.. but this place is terrible.. thw orders are always wrong and I mean always.. there is no customer service no one ever makes eye contact.. they all try n ignore u.. and when I finally say something as simple as.. I'm sorry I wanted no pickles.. and the response is xan u pick them off??? Ok am so done with this particular store.. they look like chickens with no heads running around.. they have no real supervision and no order.. I wish someone would look at this and investigate the terrible service there

I've had frequent problems with this mcdonalds making my order wrong. Most of the time I receive the wrong drink. This time I got the wrong drink and the burger I ordered as no mustard had only mustard on it. This has been such a frequent problem that I can't trust this mcdonalds again.

Crazy! You make $20 an hour to half to use a kiosk. Then, the employees always messing around and long lines. They have double charged me multiple times, and I wouldn't recommend using CC or debit cards. Then, when they charge you, double it takes 20 days to get it back. These are the reasons I only go once a month when in town late.

This particular McDonald's has been really trying it's best to make me go elsewhere. The last few times I've had it, the food has been very underwhelming including this time when, somehow, the fries were fresh and weren't at the same time and the McRib patties were under sauced and the bread was rock hard and they forgot the large sweet tea I had ordered. If I were upper management I would be coming down on this particular McDonald's and setting things right with the workers because it's definitely obvious they're not trying.

What is the point of having a kiosk machine? If you can’t pay on that machine you can’t use your debit card you can’t use your credit card. You gotta stand in line. Go to the cashier and pay that way. very frustrating.

The men’s restroom was disgusting, pee all over the floor, there wasn’t any paper towels or soap available. Looks like a homeless person decided to change clothes inside the bathroom and left everything behind on the trash bin. Nobody like to clean, imagine how they handle your food.
Cleanest McDonald's I've been into in a long time, especially the bathroom. Food made perfect! And not 1 mistake with my order. I wish all McDonald's could be like this one!

I have been going to this location for years and now the feminine boy at drive through told me not to ever come back all over oatmeal which I have always been able to get at any time. Now I can go when he isn't there and get my oatmeal or I have since just got used to going to 7th Street or 19th Ave and my oatmeal is given without mentioning that it is a breakfast item! This location has gone to crap with those dei things that think so highly of themselves that they are almost as if they are racist towards straight people.
