Came super late but my food was fresh. The drive thru girl was genuinely kind. She and I joked about both being named Heather. She took the moment to really connect and even made my son, who hates everyone smile.

I went through drive thru around 2pm on November 22, 2025. They gave me my soda and had me park for food. However it was taking a long time and I noticed other customers were getting food before me even though they were behind me. I had to get to my job so I went in and asked for a refund and why. I also said I need to pay for the soda of course. Not only did they apologize, refund me no questions asked. They also gave me the food. Evidently the burgers took longer for some reason....

Just want to point out, your grills need to be calibrated/gapped. They are smashing the meat and making it more of a smashed burger than a quarter pounder.
Also, your ice cream machine needs to be cleaned, I could taste the milkstone/rancid product from it.
People would be willing to tolerate slow service if your product is good.
Had no issues with the service, but it’s possible management needs to make a call for service on the machines.
