Every time I order food here something is wrong! This time it was only not getting the ketchup I asked for. But most of the time it is making the food wrong. This location is close to my home and I just wish they would do better. Gives me anxiety every time I order from this location.

This place is like any other McDonald's. I have the kiosk set up so you can order through them. No more counter service or to a minimum because most employees are in the bag taking care of drive-thru orders. So they've really negated the Frontline customer experience as far as welcoming customers. But we have now essentially taken McDonald's as just a quick bite to eat and not an overall experience place when we decide to go

I've always enjoyed McDonald's for its taste and the convenience it used to offer. But over the last couple of years, the prices have just gotten way too high. It's honestly become ridiculously expensive for what you get. McDonald's used to be that go-to affordable fast food, and now it just feels like I'm paying a premium price for a basic meal. I really hope they rethink their pricing, because I'd love to come back more often if it were more reasonable

This McDonald's is $2 to $4 more expensive for the same meal then any other McDonald's I've been to in the Phoenix area!

Ordered breakfast today (7/14) around 9:15am, drive to pick it up and park in a pick-up spot. App isn't working, and looking at my phone I realize it's about to die. Oh, I forgot to charge my phone last night, well that stuff happens. I walk inside a little frustrated.
I approached the front there are 3 people, two team members and what I can only assume is a manager taking someones order. A team member asks me if I was picking up, I tell her my app isn't working.
At this point the manager finished taking someone else's order and takes over the interaction. She asks me for the name on the order, I tell her my name and show her my order on my phone. She asks for my name again, frustrated as if I hadn't just said it. I tell her again, a little agitated. Then walks to the back and then right back to the register. She then asks me if I had checked in on the app. I tell her my app isn't working. She then told me to give her the code for my order, since I don't work here I didn't know what code she meant exactly. It was obviously very frustrating that I didn't know the code that I would have otherwise not known about. Then asks me to show her the app, I show her the app. She tells me to check in, once again I tell her that my app isn't working, it literally just crashes the app when I select 'I'm here'. My phone is at 1% at this point.
She then tells me that if I had charged my phone and reset it and connected to WiFi the app would've worked. Then finally lets me get my food. Except even after all of that the order was still wrong.
By looking at other reviews, I think I realize that this store simply doesn't care about customer service as they seem to have not done anything about what seems to me to be the same manager people complain about. I would say do better, but I don't think they care. Just don't eat here.

Well I think we’ve all had McDonalds forget to put fries or a burger in the bag. Maybe sometimes you’ll even leave without napkins or sauces or straws they are are perfect I get it but my oh my I’m done going. To any McDonald.
Over the years it has been going extremely downhill in quality. They can’t afford to change their frying oils??? I just spent 36 bucks total for 2 separate meals from 2 different McDonald’s within a few days. And both places completely in edible food I already drove 10 mins home and I’m not going back each time.
The fry’s aren’t even cooked it’s just oil and saugy no crisp I think they need to start hiring people who care.
I’ve spent lots of money for them to forget to put things in bags or give me a burger bun that’s so hard I simply can’t chew it. Somehow it’s my job to drive back each time

Thursday 5/22 @ 9:16 am I placed my order on drive thru and item was a Large Caramel Coffee. I understand mistakes happen the male cashier that took my order always is friendly and welcoming, he might of made a mistake and entered extra chocolate drizzle instead extra caramel drizzle.
When I get to the pick up window I noticed my drink was covered in chocolate drizzle and I noted to the cashier that I am allergic please tell me that’s not chocolate.
She said oh I’m sorry it is as she turned and told her “manager/supervisor” that it was made wrong and if we can remake it.
I understand Spanish perfectly and I can hear her nice and clear yelling at her “what do you want me to do? It’s the same thing just give it to her tell her it’s the same thing!”

And I was just looking as the young lady cashier was talking back to her in Spanish telling her yeah she’s ALLERGIC!

The manager was so disrespectful to her employees when it comes to them trying to do the right thing and clearly doesn’t know the difference from CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE

Can’t admit that her employees made a simple mistake and just remake it.
Doesn’t care for customers requests especially if it is about ALLERGIC REQUEST

I love coming here because it’s close by to home and that team is friendly but just wanted to let you know that manager u have working here (I spoke to her @ 9:20) when she personally gave me a the remade drink is just not the right “manager” type of employee u should have working for you.

I am a general manager for a restaurant and i know damn well I would never treat or talk to a cashier that way or ignore a customers request.
