Since I just got out I had to get some McDonald's, I remember when we gave them the W. Anyway staff at this location is nice and polite, food was hot, french fries was done perfect I got to say this a good location. The restroom was clean and smelled clean.

Ordered breakfast on mobile app for drive thru pick up WELL BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDED. Pulled up to the window and was told I couldn’t have my order because breakfast was over. Why didn’t you make my food when I ordered it? On top of that, the order spent my rewards points for free food which were never returned. STOP MAKING US USE THE APP IF ITS GONNA CAUSE ISSUES! Your app shouldn’t be giving me breakfast options if the order won’t be fulfilled by the time I arrive at your store!

We were here for 30 minutes before we got our food, my coke was not good or bubbly, and my son pointed out a clump of ants on a piece of food on the floor, right next to our table. Our table was not cleaned and they had so many workers behind the counter and it still took an unnecessary amount of time for THREE Happy Meals. The play place is barely big enough for my three kids to play in, and eight was too many to fit in there. We used to live right next to this one, but we stopped coming to this one because it was very depressing to bring my kids to If you are looking for better service and drinks, a cleaner and bigger environment, take the time to go an extra mile down the street, to the McDonald’s on 16th St and Camelback, I promise you won’t be disappointed Their playplace is MUCH bigger and better and MUCH cleaner, and their soda machine is ALWAYS ON POINT

I often go to this McDonalds before work. I didn’t get a chance to eat my breakfast so I waited until my lunch break to eat my food. Upon opening my bacon egg & cheese biscuit, I found a hair. This is my first time opening it so I know it didn’t come from me or my home. This is disgusting & I would suggest a hair net. Appetite ruined. Pic posted as proof.
Terrible service, order is taken wrong every time, always have to park on the reserved parking without even having complex orders. On top of that I’m not given my receipt which makes me feel like I can’t trust my order is given to me as charged, they will say there is no receipt paper but that just seems like a cop out for bad service. I usually don’t try to judge a place based on a few visits but it seems to be a recurring issue and I will no longer be coming to this location.
