Cashier just tried to play in my face at the drive through 20$ for a medium meal and pie nah ain’t no way open the app in the parking lot order it no deals it’s 15.26 go order less than a mile away it’s 13.76 again no deals attached will definitely not be back to this location

You see, from this point forward any McDonald's. I go to if there ice cream machine is down. I refuse to give anything higher than a 3 star. Review.. it's time we take a stand to this. I worked at an arby's for 4 years and our shake machine was down one time out of the whole four years I worked there, i used to eat at a Jack in the box that was near an apartment. I was living in almost 2 times a day, 4, at least 2 years. And every single day I was there.The ice cream machine was working... McDonald's, I leave it up to you. Either you listen to this and make changes or get ready to face. The wrath of being a 3 star restaurant for the rest of your time in existence. We're sick of this. There's no reason to have an ice cream machine broken, 46% of the time. Customers come to your store

After a long day at the hospital with my son we came to this mcdonalds and let me tell you. The night manager was super rude. He literally messes up the order after we repeated the order TWICE. To mention i kept my positive attitude but he continued to be rude raising his voice. Idk what happened that he told his employee to hurry up with my order becuase he had “other people to help “ when he wasnt even helping on fixing the order. What type of employee do you make a manager like this !!!

Like I don't understand how slow the staff is and why they can't get an order right. For example no salton fries get extra salty cold fries. Also they like to double charge for EBT and ask for your pin from you. Took 3months to get my double charged money back
