Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

The food was good, but runs a bit spicy (not for me but my friends had a hard time of it). Service was good as long as you were seated. Several people came in to pick up to go orders, but all of them waited many minutes to even be acknowledged. I felt so bad for them I got up and asked a server if they could send someone over to help them. I’d like to point out that there is a window that is designated from the street for pick up orders, but went unstaffed the whole night.

2nd time here. It will always be our choice when we're in this part of Phoenix. Can't really recommend anything in particular because we've only had 4 items between us and they were all excellent. Okay, today's Enlightened Spinach Salad might keep me from trying new items. Mmmmm. I could be a one-meal momma.

We wanted to try this place and arrived around 1:30 on a Sunday. They had a sign at the front that their dining room was closed and the bar area was 21+. We had kids with us so we couldn’t stay. It was just very strange and we couldn’t find any mention online or on their website about this. There’s also a farmers market going on at this time so it’s really strange that they would do that.
