So we picked this place from a list of places close by, not knowing that this was The "Mel's Diner" I was born in the 70's so "kiss my grits" was a household phrase. It was a treat to see the place where the show was recorded.The place was everything you'd expect. Waitresses had personality. The food was good, I hope the place doesn't change. I'll be back.

I had chicken fried steak with gravy and hash browns it was delicious more hash browns than I could eat toast was hard pancakes are huge my good ness.
