Mi Amigos Mexican Grill

I haven't been in awhile but only because I'm in Louisiana. It was great atmosphere, service, and the food was perfect.

Was interested in trying as this is nearby. Margarita was like ice not much flavor just lemon. Had enchiladas and wife had taco. Way to much cheese and oily. I gagged on cheese and the meat was greasy. Very little bit of heat too. Not a good meal sorry please work on meat cut choices, improve drinks, and good gracious knock off at least half the cheese please. Find some spice as well. Again sorry to be so critical but you are not competitive in quality.

Good place to eat but please change your open hours to temporarily closed. I traveled far to eat here just to find that you guys are closed.

I was in Phoenix for a biz trip. Went across the street for an easy meal with an associate. Stumbled on mi amigos. Had a steak fajita and it was delicious. Steak wasn’t grizzle like many places. It was tender and perfectly cooked as were the fixings. I was alone the next night as my flight was delayed so I stopped in. The waitress recommended the pork chimichanga which was the best one I have ever had. Oh and the prices were very reasonable. Totally recommend this place!!!

Authentic Mexican food, made by mom, served by pop, and other family members. Very good margaritas. Service was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.

Had to stop by Mi Amigos while visiting PHX after moving away in 2009 to see if the margaritas were still awesome. Well Google. The margaritas are still awesome! Now that's out of the way the food is still great and the staff very friendly and attentive. Be prepared I'd visiting during lunch hours - they will be busy. No worries there. They will still take great care of you. Thanks Mi Amigos for remaining great!

Amazing food. I work across the street and it was super easy to get there and pick up my food. I ordered 39 min in advance and the food was still hot and delish.

Food and service was great. i always order their Jalapa Grill that never disappoints.

Food portions are nice size. Will definitely fill you up. However food not as flavorful as it looks. Very bland. Nothing to satisfy a craving or make you go "Wow this is good!"

Food was very good. The margarita was even better. Get it on the rocks. Our waitress was a lot of fun.

I have been eating at Mi Amigos for over 20 years. Absolutely love the food. This place is a must try If you love Mexican food.

As I walked in to the restaurant, I suddenly get a feel that this was going to be an authentic-Mexican restaurant— especially for its location. Service was quick and everything was spot on. I’m a firm believer that if a Mexican restaurants chips are bad, the entire place goes down as well. Not in this case. The chips were nice and warm. I come to find out that they are hand made at the restaurant, so that’s a PLUS 1. Menu-wise, they have a pretty big selection. Ranges from beef to fish, and so on. I got the “Numero Tres” which consisted of 2-shredded beef tacos, cheese enchilada, rice & beans. The tacos were neatly filled with significant amount of shredded beef and lettuce. The shredded beef was ok, it was very thinly shredded. The enchilada was great, no argument. Rice & beans had a good flavor with the beans being topped with a big portion of cheese. After all this, I followed up with dessert. I got Flan that was very appetizing. Sweet, the texture was amazing, and significantly big. I would recommend this restaurant for someone who is staying in downtown Phoenix and wants to get a taste of real Mexican food.

Food was very good & filling. Also had a margarita and it was very tasty too. This us the carne asada and a tamale.
