Moon Valley Grill and Patio is a hidden gem with marvelous food and a great atmosphere. The covered patio is a real local watering hole and common meeting place, with a good misting system for blazing Phoenix summertime and a slight breeze. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always on point with service. The owner and manager are fantastic to work with, and everyone’s real friendly. Pleasant dogs are invited onto the patio. Specific meals mentioned include Heather’s chicken noodle soup with loads of chicken and a rich broth, a cheeseburger cooked exactly as wanted with soft buttered buns and delicious, smokey BBQ sauce, a turkey wrap and club sandwich that were excellent, and good burgers. Drinks include a tasty IPA on draft and $5 margaritas. The pricing is far more reasonable than anywhere else scouted. Never had a bad meal or less than ice cold beer. The ambiance is perfect for private events and mixers.
